Thank you snowkiters... Another great season is now over, overall it was short but the riding was excellent (as always here in the steady wind and open space of Sand Bar). The Snowkite�Speed Ranking�list and contest will run through the end of April. Fastest on a Peter Lynn kite will win the smooth and high performing Scorpion kite. See the amazing speeds riders from all over the world reached this winter, or submit your own late season speed.

| 1 April: What a incredible end to the snowkite season. This past weekend delivered lovely breeze Friday and today and with that we will look forward to the kitesurfing season. The situation is that the ice is still pretty thick but it is hard to get to. That is Chris Krug crossing to the ice sheet. This week's rain will raise the lake level even more, so we are done for the season. Thank you snowkiters - see you on the water. |
