Stormboarding's Rachael Miller is the country's first instructor to be certified by PASA (Professional Air Sports Association) as both a snowkiting and kitesurfing instructor. She is a Level 2 snowkite instructor and Level 1 PASA Kitesurfing. Rachael is also certified by US Sailing as a Windsurfing Instructor and Level 1&2 Sailing Instructor Trainer.

Stormboarding Owners, Rachael Z. Miller and James R. Lyne are now US Coast Guard Licensed Captains. They will be operating the Stormboarding mothership, a 26' Panga with up to 6-passengers for camps, adventure trips, shipwreck tours and as an on-call water taxi. They are also available as qualified instructors to help you get your sail or powerboat handling and navigation skills refined.
